Assessment of the LLM is by onsite, written examination taken in one of the University of London’s examination centres. For more details about the location of these centres, please refer to the following links:

Each section of the LLM is assessed through a 45-minute unseen written examination, so at the end of each 6-month course, candidates sit four such examinations. Examinations take place each May and October.
