This course will help teachers to develop their understanding of the principles underpinning effective use of digital technologies, including constructivist theory, digital literacies, planning for digital learning and supporting peers. The course addresses key considerations in the deployment of digital technologies including digital safety, copyright and data protection. Teachers will explore strategies and digital tools that will enhance teaching, learning and assessment in the classroom, while critically reflecting on these strategies and planning for using them in the classroom.
