About the
MA in Education
Pending validation, we intend to offer a Master of Arts (MA) in Education, Level 9 programme worth 90 ECTS credits.
The Master of Education (MEd) will be a two-year, part-time programme, designed to meet the growing demand for flexible postgraduate training in education.
It is relevant to teachers and allied professionals working in a range of settings and sectors, including early childhood, primary and post-primary education, further education, health and social care, policy development and community and voluntary sectors.
Entry Requirements
The programme will have a minimum entry requirement of a Pass, or equivalent, in a bachelor’s degree at NFQ Level 8. Learners on this programme will originate from cognate disciplines.
