Biography

Suzanne Whelan is a Senior Lecturer on the MSc Corporate Governance programme, specialising in corporate governance, risk management, sustainability, and ethical leadership. She brings extensive international experience from senior executive and advisory roles, alongside a strong academic background in programme development, module design, and postgraduate teaching. Her work integrates governance theory with real‑world practice, supporting professionals and senior executives in developing the judgement and strategic capability required for effective governance.
