Biography

Eileen joined Hibernia College in 2013 and works with the senior management team to drive change and growth across all aspects of the business as Chief Financial Officer. Eileen is an experienced operations change leader with an interest in higher education and healthcare. She is Operational Lead for the BSc (Hons) in Nursing in General Nursing, working with senior stakeholders to develop the programme, overseeing strategic decisions and implementing operational policies.

Eileen trained with KPMG in Dublin, and post qualification worked with the SISK Group for twelve years, where she held a number of senior finance and operational positions in both their construction and healthcare divisions. During her time with the SISK Group, Eileen was part of the senior finance team that worked on acquisitions, PPP Projects and large treasury projects.

Eileen Mooney holds a BA (Hons) from Trinity College Dublin, in Finance and Economics, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in Ireland (FCA).
